Cancellation and Refund Policy

At Samridhi Jewels, customer satisfaction is our top priority. We ensure that all our products are quality-checked and securely packaged. However, we understand that situations may arise where you may need to cancel your order or request a refund. Please read our cancellation and refund policy carefully.
1. Order Cancellation
a. Before Dispatch:

You may cancel your order within 12 hours of placing it, provided it has not yet been processed or dispatched.

b. After Dispatch:

Orders cannot be cancelled once they are shipped.

If you refuse delivery of the shipped order, return shipping charges will be deducted from your refund.
2. Refund Policy
Refunds are issued only in the following cases:
a. Damaged or Defective Product:

If the product received is damaged, defective, or not as described, you must notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos and unboxing video.

Once approved, we will initiate a pickup and process your refund or replacement.
b. Lost in Transit:

If your order is lost during transit and not delivered within the expected time frame, you are eligible for a full refund.
c. Refund Mode:

Refunds will be credited to your original payment method within 7–10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item (if applicable).
3. Non-Refundable & Non-Returnable Items

Custom-made, engraved, or personalized jewelry items are not eligible for cancellation, return, or refund.

Products that show signs of wear, damage, or alteration post-delivery are also not eligible.
4. Return Conditions

Item must be unused, in its original packaging, with tags, certificates, and invoice.

The product must pass quality inspection before the refund is approved.
5. Exchange Policy

We currently do not offer direct exchanges.

If you wish to exchange an item, you must return the original item (if eligible) and place a new order.
